You know when you feel like doing something and then you go and do it and you realise it's not such a good idea as you don't feel up to it, that's like me with writing today.

Maybe it's because I just wanted to spend some time alone, I got to read a little, listen to some tunes and then the writing just wasn't flowing (unlike yesterday, that was much better!) Today has been emotionally draining, more than it needed to be and it has left me empty and sluggish. Now as I also exercised late, I'm not feeling that sleepy at 2.40AM, I need to be up at 8AM, bugger!
